APPLICATIONS TECHNOLOGIST / PROCESS ENGINEER:

The applicant should be a Professional Engineer (Chemical) or Technologist with 3-5 years experience in the design and fabrication of oil and gas processing equipment. The ideal candidate will have a thorough knowledge of process design using HYSYS, equipment sizing, process automation, cost estimation and fabrication of oil and gas processing equipment and will possess P.Eng. or C.E.T. Certification. This position entails initial process and mechanical design, preparation of quotations, specification of equipment, valves and instrumentation, preparation of cost estimates and technical liaison with our sales department.

QC Radiographer or Radiographer Assistant

Duties:
Piping and pressure vessel radiography. Radiography work is done exclusively on night shift and requires occasional overtime. The successful candidate must be willing to work with existing radiographer and will be required to do some material handling (lifting and crane work) as necessary for set up. Alco will also consider those with minimal experience with the expectation that the successful individual gains the necessary Radiographer Safety Certification within six months of employment. Compensation offered will be commensurate with experience and qualification.

DRAFTSPERSON:

Looking to fill two positions:

1. Pressure equipment draftsperson who will be drafting pressure vessels and associated equipment that is used in Oil and Gas production equipment.

2. Hook-up draftsperson who will be developing P&IDs and equipment layouts.

Preference will be given to candidates with drafting experience in a pressure vessel shop however new technology graduates will be considered.
