ALCO’s high efficiency design for burners, fireboxes, and heat transfer mediums is used in the design of heaters from 100,000 to 15 MMBTU/HR capacity.

Indirect Fired Heaters are available for the following heat transfer mediums:

  • water/glycol mixtures
  • 100 percent glycol
  • heat transfer oils
  • salt bath

Heat exchange utilizing single or multipass removable coils for:

  • pressure reduction (choke) heaters

To maximize firetube life ALCO can provide:

  • stainless steel or alloy steel liners
  • fuel gas scrubbers
  • pilot gas driers for low ambient temperature installations

Flame arrestors are laboratory tested and available for all models of fired equipment.

ALCO’s long experience in designing and manufacturing of wellhead production packages is available to you for help in selection of ancillary equipment such as:

Vessels, coils and piping can be designed to meet sweet or sour specifications in standard or low temperature service using procedures written per ASME code and registered by ABSA.
